CULINARY ART THERAPY

GROUP THERAPY

"Culinary art therapy invites you to inflame that hearth and to recruit those empowering elements of the cooking group to ignite change and growth"

Humane society evolved around the hearth while cooking and eating together. Anthropologists and historians explain that these practices have made cooking into a central layer in the humane ability to socialize, to clarify and resolve problems, to establish joint action strategies and to mutually share information among pears.

Culinary art therapy invites you to inflame that hearth and to recruit those empowering elements of the cooking group to ignite change and growth.

Culinary art therapy is already in use with various groups such as cancer patients and survivors, diabetes patients, HIV, eating disorders, child- parent relations, youth, ASD, men and woman children and adults.
